Stuck? Open a hint, or ask the English Guide. It will guide you without just giving away the answer.

Problem 1 · Literary Devices
“The classroom was a zoo after the bell rang.” Which device is the writer using?
Is the writer saying the classroom is like a zoo, or that it is one?
It's a metaphor: it says the classroom was a zoo, without “like” or “as.” A simile would say “like a zoo.”
Problem 2 · Grammar
Which sentence is written correctly?
Try replacing the word with “it is.” Does the sentence still make sense?
Its (no apostrophe) shows ownership, like “his” or “her.” It's always means “it is” or “it has.”
Problem 3 · Main Idea
“Honeybees do more than make honey. As they move from flower to flower, they carry pollen that helps plants make seeds and fruit. Many of the fruits and vegetables people eat depend on this help.” What is the main idea?
The main idea is what every sentence in the paragraph supports.
Every sentence builds toward how bees help plants make food by spreading pollen. The other choices are details or aren't in the passage at all.
